The Augusta Symphony begins the 2002-03 Season with Sandra Self in her third year as Executive Director. Continuing the tradition of excellence, ASO offers MasterWorks, POPS at the Bell, Publix Family, Chamber Players, and Discovery Concerts as well as Children's Concerts in Aiken and the Aiken Series. With Dr. Donald Portnoy in his twelfth season and the ASO's reputation firmly established as "The Jewel of the South," The Augusta Symphony continues the tradition in this new millennium.
